Thanks Jen I love your writing! There is so much to be said for knowing that what you seek, really is seeking you. And I found that so hard and as you say in number 10 practice , practice and more practice. I just said to myself even if you think it won’t work just do it anyway, and I felt it and I feel like I have some understanding now. Always read your stuff and learn new things all the time from you. I now journal every night and I have done since February after I sought your guidance on some things that were really worrying me and I’ve made so much progress and a few of your ideas have really helped me to reclaim my control. Always so thankful to have you there for helping me to understand life better. ❤️ Xxx

thank you so much nancy. i was so excited a got a real life comment! have not had time to get on here and write anymore and reply to you until now.
the tsunami dream was dreamt the very same time the tsunami was happening other side of the world. i my self was going through a personal tsunami at the time, a break up, but in the dream i was in an asian country and with lots of people trying to find higher ground. it was a hollywood blockbuster dream. and i only found out about the actual tsunami two days after. this is what got me interested in cosmic consciousness. apparently loads of people dreamt a similar dream that night.
