jentleness
welcome
i came up with this idea for “jentleness” 20 years ago whilst sitting in a band stand on Brighton/Hove seafront boundary.
I wanted it to be a cafe, a centre of life: conversations, courses, music, art, writing, books, talks and simple but good food, tea and cakes. I have been collecting teapots and cups and plates for the cafe for years, but never had the money to make it happen. so here is my online version. imagine you are in a cafe, enjoying life, and learning.
I am a psychotherapist and will be sharing tried and tested strategies.
so grab a cup of coffee at home and enjoy.
Feel free to message me with any ideas. all i ask is that you are real, authentic and genuine, or wanting to achieve this in your self and in your life 🙂
love and light, jen xx
